UX design - my process.The UX design challenge is about creating experiences that leave a lasting impact. It’s about making interactions smooth, eliminating friction, and helping users feel accomplished.
It can be as small as the position and colour of a button, but it can also be an emotion the user has when interacting with the whole communication or campaign. Good design enhances people’s experience, whether through a seamless interface, a clear information flow, or a beautiful, engaging product. And for me this means, that when it comes to helping my clients solve these design problems, it has to be a 'people-first' approach.
